Yes — barring a handful of locations our logistics partners do not serve, we ship anywhere in India and to 25+ countries worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. View the full shipping policy →

Orders are typically dispatched within 6–10 business days from the date of placing your order, depending on customisation requirements. Domestic delivery then takes approximately 5–6 additional working days depending on your location.

International orders typically arrive in 8–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and any customs processing time. We recommend placing your order at least 3–4 weeks before your ceremony date to allow comfortable time for any delays.

Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of the volumetric weight of your parcel — which accounts for the package dimensions as well as the actual weight. The exact shipping charge will be shown to you at checkout before you confirm payment.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email. For customised orders, we also share tracking details over WhatsApp. If you have not received tracking details within the expected dispatch window, please write to us at orders@pataaree.com.

We use high-quality corrugated shipping boxes, bubble wrap, and thermocol to protect every handcrafted piece during transit. Every order undergoes a final quality check before it is packed — our pieces are made to arrive as beautiful as they left our studio.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product, so we can promptly raise the issue with the shipping company. Contact us at orders@pataaree.com with your order number and photographs of the damage.

All Pataaree products undergo a rigorous quality check before dispatch, but if something has gone wrong in transit, we want to know immediately.

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time. We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, and our secure payment gateway. If you have any difficulty completing payment, please write to us and we will help with alternative arrangements.

Our pieces are crafted in limited quantities — and they do sell out quickly. If the piece you have your heart set on is unavailable, please sign up for a restock notification or write to us. We aim to fulfil made-to-order requests as swiftly as possible so your ceremony isn't kept waiting.

Because every Pataaree product is handcrafted and made-to-order, production begins as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout.

All Pataaree products are handcrafted using premium materials including rich Banarasi fabric, exquisite brocades, gotta ribbons, phulkari, sequin fabric, exclusive printed floral silk, smooth velvet, and a variety of fine trims, embellishments and accessories.

Boxes are made of high-grade medium-density fibreboard (MDF); trousseau trunks are crafted from metal and aluminium. Every material is chosen to honour the ceremony it serves.

We photograph all products in standard lighting to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted and intricate nature of our work, there may be minor variations in colour, fabric tone, print, or embroidery compared to what you see on screen.

These are natural characteristics of handmade work, not defects, and are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

Our pieces are heirlooms of love — with a little care, they will last beautifully for years:

Each product is handmade at the Pataaree Studio and customised according to individual requests. Because production begins the moment your order is confirmed, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. We encourage all customers to review their selections carefully before completing an order.

Pataaree does not offer exchanges on any product under any condition. This is because every piece is handcrafted specifically to your order, making a like-for-like exchange impossible.

Minor colour variations between product photography and the physical piece are a natural characteristic of handcrafted and fabric-based products. Lighting, fabric dyes, and 2D imaging can result in slight tonal differences. Refunds are not offered on the basis of colour variation.

We recommend viewing our products on a calibrated screen and, if colour accuracy is critical, reaching out to our team before ordering. We're happy to help.

All customs fees, import duties, and applicable taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and must be paid before the package can be released for delivery. Pataaree Studios Pvt Ltd is not liable for any duty charges.

Shipments from India to the United States may be subject to a base duty tax plus an additional duty of up to 50% as per US Customs regulations (as of 2025–26). These charges are set by US Customs and are entirely outside our control.

  • Duties are based on the declared value of your shipment
  • Unpaid duties may cause your shipment to be held, returned, or disposed of by customs
  • Refunds or reshipments are not possible if duties are unpaid

We strongly encourage all US customers to account for these charges before placing an order.

We do not cover lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as shipped. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your full shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. If a package appears to be lost, please contact us promptly and we will raise the issue with the courier.

Absolutely. Many of our NRI families place orders from abroad and ship directly to a family member's address in India ahead of the wedding. We're happy to coordinate. Please ensure the delivery address, name, and contact number are accurate to avoid any delay.

We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your ceremony date for custom orders, to allow time for consultation, production, quality checks, and shipping (especially for international deliveries). The earlier, the better — our most bespoke customers plan 4–5 months ahead.
