How is my shipping cost calculated? +

Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of the volumetric weight of your entire order — accounting for the size and weight of the package. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What happens if there's a delay in my delivery? +

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may vary. Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address or PIN code
  • No one available to receive the package at the delivery address
  • Extreme weather conditions or events beyond the courier's control
  • Customs processing delays for international orders

If there is a significant delay beyond our expected dispatch window, our customer support team will contact you directly.

How is my order packaged? +

We use high-quality corrugated shipping boxes, bubble wrap, and thermocol inserts to ensure every piece arrives safely. International packages receive additional protective layering. Every order undergoes a final quality check before packing.

Who handles the delivery and do I need to sign? +

Our courier partner will deliver directly to the address provided. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the package — name and contact number of the recipient are required at the time of delivery. Please ensure these details are accurate when placing your order.

What about international duties and taxes beyond the US? +

Different countries impose varying customs duties and taxes on imported goods. These charges are always the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order. In case of a customs dispute, the shipping company is the first point of contact.

My product arrived damaged — what do I do? +

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product with photographs and your order number. We'll raise the issue with our shipping partner immediately. Email: orders@pataaree.com.

All pieces undergo a quality check before dispatch. We take transit damage seriously and will work with you to resolve it.
