Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of the volumetric weight of your entire order — accounting for the size and weight of the package. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We use high-quality corrugated shipping boxes, bubble wrap, and thermocol inserts to ensure every piece arrives safely. International packages receive additional protective layering. Every order undergoes a final quality check before packing.
Our courier partner will deliver directly to the address provided. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the package — name and contact number of the recipient are required at the time of delivery. Please ensure these details are accurate when placing your order.
Different countries impose varying customs duties and taxes on imported goods. These charges are always the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order. In case of a customs dispute, the shipping company is the first point of contact.
