All Pataaree products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Please review our full Refund & Return Policy before placing an order. Key terms:

• No Cancellations: Production begins immediately upon order confirmation.
• No Refunds: Products are custom-made; refunds are not offered as standard policy.
• No Exchanges: We do not exchange any products under any condition.

Damaged goods: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographs so we can raise the issue with our courier. Email: orders@pataaree.com.

Custom duties (international orders): All customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the customer's responsibility. Pataaree is not liable for duties imposed by any jurisdiction. Shipments held or disposed of due to unpaid duties will not be refunded or reshipped.

The website, its content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis — without any representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied.

Pataaree makes no warranty that:

All disputes arising from your use of this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts at Chandigarh, India.

Most transactions on Pataaree.com resolve smoothly. If a dispute arises between you and Pataaree regarding the validity, interpretation, or alleged breach of these Terms, that dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Chandigarh, India.

Arbitration will be conducted per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015. A sole arbitrator chosen by Pataaree Studios shall decide the matter. The arbitral award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exception: Where a violation or threatened violation of Pataaree's intellectual property rights is alleged, Pataaree reserves the right to seek injunctive or other appropriate relief from any court in India or internationally, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pataaree regarding your use of the website and supersede any prior agreements.

• Non-waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force.
• No assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• Notices: We may send you notices via email to your registered address, or through general notices on the website.
• Modification: Pataaree reserves the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, users must not host, publish, transmit, or share any content that:
