Not Accepted

Each Pataaree product is handmade at our Chandigarh studio and customised according to your individual order. Production begins as soon as an order is confirmed, which means your piece is already being crafted at the time you receive your confirmation email.

For this reason, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We encourage all customers to review their selections carefully — including size, colour, ceremony, and quantity — before completing checkout.

💳 Refund Policy
Not Offered

Because every product is handmade and customised to your specific order, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. This applies to:

  • Change of mind or preference after the order is placed
  • Minor colour variation between product photography and the physical piece
  • Delays in delivery caused by courier or customs
  • Customs duties or import taxes charged at the destination
  • Shipping charges — these are non-refundable in all cases

If you have concerns about colour accuracy, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing an order.

🔄 Exchange Policy
Not Available

Pataaree does not offer exchanges on any product under any condition. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically to an individual order, a like-for-like exchange is not operationally feasible.

If you wish to place a new order with different specifications, you are welcome to do so.

✖️ Cancellation Policy
Not Accepted

All Pataaree products are handcrafted, and production begins as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, we do not offer cancellations under any circumstances.

If you have an urgent concern about an order placed very recently, please write to us at orders@pataaree.com.

📦 Damaged or Lost in Transit
Report within 24 hrs

Every Pataaree product undergoes a rigorous quality check and is carefully packed before dispatch.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item
  • Email orders@pataaree.com with your order number and photographs
  • We will immediately raise the issue with our shipping partner
  • Notify us within 24 hours if a package is lost in transit

We do not bear responsibility for damage after delivery confirmation.

🎨 Colour Variations
Natural variation

All Pataaree products are photographed in standard lighting conditions to represent colours as accurately as possible.

However, due to the handcrafted nature of our work, minor colour variations are natural and are not considered defects.

Refunds are not offered on the basis of minor colour variation.

🌐 Custom Duties & Import Taxes
Customer's responsibility

Different countries impose customs duties and import taxes on goods shipped from India. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility.

No returns or refunds will be entertained due to customs duty charges.

We recommend researching your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Received a damaged order?

Don't discard the packaging

Keep all original packaging, bubble wrap, and outer box — our courier may need to inspect it.

Photograph everything within 24 hours

Clear photos of the damaged piece, packaging, and shipping label are essential for us to escalate your claim.

Include your order number, a brief description, and your photographs. Subject: "Damaged Order — [Your Order Number]".

We'll raise it with the courier immediately

Our team will contact the shipping partner on your behalf and update you on the outcome within 3–5 business days.
