Our Chandan Chadar

For us, Haldi ceremony is a riot of colours, of festive beginnings to wedding ceremonies, of bright palette of yellows lending that happy cheer to the ambience. Sitting on their peedi, with feet on the phatta, the blushing bride to be or the dashing groom to be wait for the relatives to smear them generously with ubtan/gaye holud, pithi, tel baan or mandha. And holding the four posts around them with a traditional chadar is Pataaree. Our exquisite handcrafted Sunheri/Chandan chadar in striking yellow with translucent gold trimmed tissue tassels not only mirrors the colour of the day, but adds that optimistic sunny hue to this blessed start.
